Can I build more than one menagerie in my house? My current pet house is full and I want to build another menagerie so I can store more pets in my house. Can I do this?

ok so i have a valcanic habitat with oak feeder and house. right now i have sara owl and guthix raptor and green draon in my house. i want to upgrade my house so i can store more animals but when i try and upgrade it says i need to take my animals out first. so when i try to take them out it says i cant because i already have a bird of that type. how can i do this im so confused and nothing works please help
