just noobs...
if u have an eye for the small radar u see if teammates need some medipacks...got shot like u many times...
better is: the support guy pulls out 1 medipack after shooting at him to heal just himself... ^^

I jump up and down in front of them, maybe shoot at the floor. If they don't heal me I'll teamkill him and swap kits to heal myself. Works fine.

I have one. If you played battlefield you would of known that they don't work. Battlefield is releasing a patch to fix that.
