Ana Bekoach - Healing the Core of the Soul - Kol Isha

This Kabbalistic prayer is to be listened to with intent and an open heart. At its conclusion the following is recited - Baruch shem k'vod malchuto le'olam va'ed.

Authorship is unknown - though there are opinions that The Patriarch Abraham authored it and there are those that speculate that Rabbi Nehonia from the 1st Century wrote it.

In its formulation there are seven lines, with 6 words in every line. The 1st letter of each word set aside combines the 42-letter Name of God.

It is a powerful meditation and a crucial prayer to God to end the Exile and Return to Him. It is a prayer to be recited in times of great anguish and fear and it can alleviate much misery in the soul, touching the very core center where it then ripples out touching all parts of the spiritual and physical bodies and ultimately worlds.
