  • i think theres like a dude controlling it doing it on purpose lol. i want that job

  • The really bad idea is building raising posts instead of a raising rail. Drivers who dont know the area might not know those posts are there, and are just trying to follow a bus through a green light or something. Then BAM!!! Whiplash and a couple grand in damages.

  • Why are those stupid things there anyway

  • the van driver's head cracks the windscreen. That's insane!!! They surely know what's going on i.e. trying to beat the posts considering the speed they fly into them!!

  • why don't they just sneak around the right?

  • my dad installs these kind of things for a living but the ones he install are to trucks so terrorist cant try ram a building or set a car bomb off ect ect the posts just get a small scratch n thats it n they still work after being rammed

  • @Aldenif The sensor that activates the bollards is on the vehicle. Like the remote control for a garage door.

  • @cymruisrael How do the sensors know if it's a bus or a service vehice trying to pass?? What if one has an SUV that the size of a service vehice. Then what?? Will he be able to pass??

  • @zuleikaaa It's an area where the only vehicles allowed in are buses and service vehicles. They are fitted with special sensors that activate the bollards. As soon as the bollards sense that the vehicle has gone past, they come back up. Any other vehicle trying to sneak in will suffer damage.

  • @Aldenif Nothing to do with paying, it's an area where the only vehicles allowed in are buses and service vehicles. They are fitted with special sensors that activate the bollards. Yup, some parents actually deserve to feel guilty for the rest of their lives for running over their own kids or something. Everybody can make mistakes, but doing something stupid on purpose that endangers the lives of others in a very direct way deserves no respect at all.

Last weekend I almost crashed into a rusty old car that came speeding over an oval roundabout driving at least 40mph. The guy had 4 small kids in his car. The shithead doesn't deserve to live.
