Some idiot doesnt know proper gym etiquette. YOU DONT CURL IN SQUAT RACKS

  • @rehabib2 Thats great, but why do you need to do bicep curls in a squat rack? It's very annoying when someone is using the squat rack to curl. Your making it a lot harder for those who wish to do squat, and now they aren't able too. If you need to curl, go somewhere else and use the barbells. Simple as that.

  • @fwill1721 Ask any trainer at a gym if the squat rack is meant exclusively for squats. Then post the video of them telling you all the different exercises you can do on them

  • @0NLYUSEmeTROLL a power rack, is also a free weight squat rack. yeah you can do multiple lifts on them, no one is stopping you. it's just proper gym etiquette to do those somewhere else, so those who want to squat can, and dont have to use the smith machine instead.

  • @andrenegwer You can use any of the other bars in the gym to do curls with. There's only one place I can safely get 350+ lbs on my back.

  • If you are using a machine or working out machine, its nobody's business what you are doing in it, you are working out and that's all.

  • what's the matter with curling in the squat rack i do it and i've seen many other people do it in the gym it's a great exercise to grow your biceps. I personally think that someone who makes a comment like that has no clue what their doing themselves in the gym. There is absolutely nothing wrong with his gym etiquette.

  • @0NLYUSEmeTROLL It's a bicep curl. There is literally NO disadvantage to doing them straight off the floor. Doing them in the rack anyway when someone could have a legitimate use for it is just rude.
