This should be the hole vid, and lil wayne is not the best but he can rap very well, some would call him a rap momster: a rapper who can rap on multiple different topics and or has a wide vocabulary, hes talented and im surprised how good his vocabulary is even though he didnt complete school, only a few measure as rape monsters such as eminem and jay z
