Magellan sued for insurance bad faith and wrongful death for kicking anorexic patient out of the hospital against doctors' wishes. The patient's attorney, Scott Glovsky, dicusses the case. Mr. Glovsky has another case profiled in the movie Sicko, by Michael Moore.
