In the frame of the Jubilee, the Opera Gallery Budapest exhibited the works of 12 Hungarian contemporary artists in 2009 May 27-31. The exhibition took take place at the J-Trip Art Gallery in Tokyo-Ginza.
By the cultural exchange the Opera Gallery Budapest also exposed the works of 10 Japanese contemporary artists in Budapest. To enrich the cultural program, Hiroko Ishimoto pianist gave a piano concert, to entertain the visitors at the opening reception.
Japanese artists on show: Takeshi Matsugami, Hormone Sekine, Noriko Ohashi, Takeshi Tasaki, Takatomo Homma, Osamu Fukuda, Andrea Kobayashi, Arie Furumoto, Choko Nakazono, Itsuko
Kiyokawa, ZGL
Hungarian artists on show: Kabar Vivien, Sükösd Péter, Beregszászy Tamás, Kakucsi Csernák Zoltán, Ale Ildikó, Dávid Júlia, Hatvany Viktória, Simon Gábor, Nagy Ramóna Helga, Horváth Tamás István, Németh Rudolf and Viszmeg Györgyi.
