For many seniors, loss of balance typically comes from a lack of body strength and energy, which can often be improved by doing simple exercises around the house. Dr. Nick Reiser, director of physical therapy services at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has over 10 years of experience working with senior patients who have experienced a fall.
