PEOPLE DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE WINDOWS 7, the roxio does only works well with windows 7, in windows vista it's lag verry verry verry hard, and the audio is just funny.... i don't know how it is with the windows xp , but normally it's even worser there...

@azzaknight123 no u can't play hdmi while recording... That's normal.... Normally the HD pvr can do that. But if you set your component on 720p it's pretty good,it's still HD, look on my channel for the quality (my last video)

hi tmartn i purchased this... i think the quality is good but the only problem is i cant play through my hdmi cable. i had to purchase component cables and the quality is much worse... do you know how i can still record through my component cables and play through my hdmi? thanks
