@2ndSicness So far I have had no issues with the video card. I am now running Linux Mint 12 as my primary Distro and it looks and works flawlessly.

@edwardlthompson Hm. I've put a 8600 in my dad's computer and both Gnome-Shell and Unity is unusable.

@2ndSicness Did you download the restricted extras? Did you download the driver as well? There should have been a notification when you first installed but you can find it again in the control panel.

Same here. I started using Lubuntu shortly after making this video. Lubuntu is even faster and lighter!
