Best Ice Cream Machine Ever

In August 2008, I found this novel enough to take video of it.

This ice cream machine is on the second floor of the convention center in Austin, Texas. It uses a ridiculous amount of energy to amaze and astound while it dispenses an overpriced ice cream bar. Hooray for technology (and vacuum pumps).
