  • @rahungry i basicly eat anything.. when i eat rubbish to bulk up im stronger and build more muscle, then in summer i eat clean and do cardio ect... long as your getting protien every 2-3 hrs your fine and carbs/fats.

  • @rahungry food!! thats the most natural anabolic thing you can do, i reccomend you watch twinmuscleworkout videos here on youtube, go onto the search thingy at the top and check out twinmuscleworkout.. i learn alot! from them guys.. go through there videos for anything you need to know, and glad i can help, keep your workouts to max of about 15 sets at the most with compound exercises ( i.e bench press, pull ups, shoulder press ect..

  • @vteckicksarse I am trying to get bigger and stronger. I'm having white rice and tuna, two boiled egges and some soy milk for dinner. Thank you for your advice. What else would you recomend to get bigger and stronger?

  • @rahungry depends what time your having it, try to not eat bad carbs (i.e white rice, white bread, buns, cakes, andything fried, protien shakes ect..) because will produce a huge insullin spike.. and insulling and human growth hormone cant co-exist, so yeah its fine to eat that. are you trying to bulk up? or cut down? if your trying to cut then i would go with the brown rice, if your trying to get bigger and stronger.. go with the white rice.

  • building muscle on a low carb? are you mad? you need carbs to build muscle!!!. and how the hell do you think the body produces hormones?? because of fat.. what is this guy talking about!!!

  • @Mr90sdude long intense cardio burns muscle... a quick 10 min slow speed wouldnt harm...

  • Cardio does not burn muscle, doing cardio and anything without protein and amino acids for more than 3 hours will burn muscle though

  • @CINNDIRELLA yeah but it takes alton cause carbs get trored as fat and fat gets stored as fat protein takes alot to get stored as fat
