well as this was probably the only actually bad hit that the refs got right out of all of harrison's "dirty" hits, I know this was not intentional
I used to play left tackle in highschool and college - I fractured a kids neck on a chop block on a punt return, the chop block was dirty, BUT I never intended to put anybody in the hospital! Ever hear of Mel Blount? John Lynch? If you want to completely eliminate the chance of injury, take the pads and helmets away and give them little flags.

@Questionssm Are you serious bra, That's all helmet to helmet on a QB. He don't even try to use his shoulder pads ever, he might as well just take his equipment off and leave on his helmet. He not going to be satisfied until he kill some one.
