    Exactly my point!

Jesus did not REALLY mean "hate" nor did He REALLY mean call no one "father" on earth.

You say he has blasphemed but, like the Pharisees who condemned Jesus, you cannot bring up a real charge of offense to God on the part of the Pope.

I know exactly why there is a Pope.

Like the 1st Pope, St. Peter, his job is to tend Christ's sheep and feed His lambs (John 21:16-19). Christ has prayed that his faith will not fail, and he is to strengthen his Christian brethren (Luke 22:32).

Read the following passages, then I hope it would have thrown some light to the question of "Calling priests father". 1Corth4:15, Matthew15:1-9, Acts7:2 & 44, 1John2:13-14, Titus3:5

And to Luke 14:26 Jesus didn't actually mean hate, but to Love Him more than you Love your mother, sister, father, and brother, read the four gospels, they speak on the same thing but tell it alittle differently, you see I was taught by the Holy Spirit and He alone has opened the scriptures to me, I know you're probaly a Catholic in defense because I said that this man blasphemes, but the truth is that he has and dosen't realize it, Do you even know what the Popes role is, or why is there a pope

I understand what you are saying, but calling a man "Holy Father" Come on now, the Word says there's none holy, not one, giving him this position is blasphemous, When Jesus said not to call no man Father, he meant it as no man should have a position as The Father, the teacher he meant by the Holy Spirit, call no man teacher, he said there is only one teacher, the Christ, after he went back to the Father The Holy Spirit has taken his place John 14, 15 and 16, this is what I meant by that
