They did eventually, initially they said they didn't have any other rooms! I moved to a different hotel the next morning. Not wanting to risk infesting my whole house I had to throw out my whole bag, clothes and all. I attempted to make a claim but their legal people just wound me up contacting me saying "We understand you were attacked by insects...." Instead I had my revenge by posting this video on youtube, hopefully I've lost them 4052 customers,Ha!

That is bad, I can't believe they reacted like that, obviously they were aware that there were bed bugs in the rooms and continued to let people take the rooms, that's awful. I carry out bed bug treatments daily all over London, its getting really bad! Check out my videos of them on my channel. Out of interest, did they change your room?
