The surgery was performed in a safe facility, with adequate tools and techniques. The procedure was done in 15 minutes!

  • HI EVERYONE PLEASE FLAG THIS SORRY ASS EXCUSE FOR A VIDEO!!!!!!!!!

  • @BoredomUnleashed I only believe this to be bad since they even show how they are DRINKING while performing this surgery. Also when they are talking about the puppy they don't make it easier for the poor thing. They didn't use gloves either. So this is why it's so disliked about people that watch this. I am certainly against using bad words towards the puppy, it is a patient after all and should be treated with respect. It only stresses the poor thing out.

  • This is sickening!!!! Puppy is too old to have tail docked. Where are the sterile procedure?

    Animal cruelty needs to end.

  • they are going it wrong and very late.. it is done with a rubber band.. tied tight around the tail were they want the docking.. the puppies are a couple weeks old when this is done.. they are sleeping.. this is the cruel way of doing this.. and its personal preference if its docked or not.. not saying anyone is a bad owner nor not having there tails docked.. i just prefer docked just so they dont grow up possibly breaking there tail and living with that fear or clearing off tables with a swipe.

  • i like the look of the docked tails however after watching this i hope this is banned in every county , shame on yu , you sick bastards

  • If you dont want to watch stuff like this then dont go searching this kinda of shit

  • This is about as sophisticated as it gets in the spanish speaking world, wait until you see their hospitals, they're like medieval dungeon's

  • Political correctness for animals! My dog has suffered' ! As have many others according to my vet! I understand peoples concern for puppy's but people have to realise dogs of all breeds are man made!

I so wish my dogs tail had been removed as a puppy! It has broke my heart suffering for so long .

  • I'm the loving owner of a boxer dog called woody!

He's 4 years old, I loved his tail , he carried it well, he used it to communicate , like all dogs do.

A boxer dog though , is a breed created by people! .sadly the boxer breed has a tail thin and prone to damage! My dog has suffered for 8 months ! He split the end of his tail an has been in pain all that time'

My vet told me its a common problem !

It's changed my opinion , woody now has to have a major operation to remove his tail!

    It ma

  • @multiwebinc lmaoooo ur the only one aware

  • put it this way would you tie a band round your finger till it droped off??

    .............. no didnt think so.

its not just illegal it is CRUEL!!!!!!!!!!

  • The "vets" in this "safe facility" are drinking alcohol while preforming this surgery? They're not even wearing gloves or any protection! The least they could have done was put this puppy to sleep. I can't get over how heartless some people can be. Please, everyone flag this video for animal abuse.

  • LOL done in a "safe facility". The "doctors" are drinking beer and wearing wedding rings and watches and no gloves. After the procedure they proceed to feed beer to the puppy while playing with its tail.

  • Flagged for animal cruelty.

  • This is sick and cruel. Would you want someone to snip part of your ears or toes off because it "looks better"?! What an absolutely disgusting practice.

  • @Mielesita2005 So what if "humans had it written down". If you agree that it's despicable why do it? It's your choice, you don't have to provide the service do you? Is there a law that requires certain dogs to be docked? No, there isn't, it's done on behalf of the owner as you say.

Abortion is legal, yet a majority of doctors don't offer the service. Why? Because in principle they disagree with it.

    Maybe you're missing the point.

  • @Dem0D1ck Nope, that is not the reason. You are missing the point here. I see you taking this from a very childish point of view too. It is not cause you get PAID. It is because the OWNER DESIRES the surgery. They want it, and it is a lot SAFER for the patient to get it done as a PUPPY instead of an ADULT DOG. This is because it is more risky to INFECTION and for there to be constant BLEEDING, a good artery passes through the tail. Despicable? Yes, but is how humans had it written down

  • @Mielesita2005 So you're willing to do docking surgery if your paid? My point is, you say it's not a practice of yours, but you're willing to do it if you're paid. To me, that means it is a practice of yours, as long as you get paid to do it.

Docking of ears and/or tails is despicable whether you're paid to do it or not.

  • It's better now at a young age, than at the older stage where the tail has grown. It is less traumatic for the puppy after all. I have been taking care of one of the puppies I docked the tail off. She showed no difference on behavior, and I was really worried she would, but nothing of such. It didn't hurt after the operation or during the operation.

  • @Dem0D1ck No, I did give you my opinion as a veterinarian. The last part of me saying to see it as unneeded is the part I say it with out the veterinarian's point of view. As I did say, the puppies I bought I of course have them with the docked tail. Yet the one that was born from one of them, I did not do such. Even if it's on the breed's standard for the Schnauzer. I do perform such surgeries, but not out of practice. People tell you to want the surgery and pay.

  • @jessehewitt1 This is a procedure that should NEVER take place!

  • @Mielesita2005 OK, so you're not talking as a veterinarian, but what is your opinion as a Veterinarian? Why don't you give us that? Do you perform this type of operation?

  • @dressageandalusian I see the human equivalent as the "foot binding" the Chinese did to young women until the early 20th century.

It has NO redeeming value other than a perceived aesthetic one. But still, there's nothing cuter than a floppy eared dog with a tail to wag.

Glad you Aussies are ahead of the game.

  • @Dem0D1ck i agree 100% with you!!!! there is no need for it, i have seen boxers with long tails, and they look better! they now have a bobtail boxer, they are born with a short tail, docking is now not allowed in australia so people are breeding this type for people who want a short tailed boxer. i dont see why they cant do this with other breeds to save them some pain of docking!

  • lucky this is now not allowed in australia!!!! they now breed bobtail boxers, they are born with a docked tail so they dont have to do this to poor puppies!!
