Okay this is me on June 17 2011. Ive actually toned down my workouts to 3 days a week, and as u can see, have gotten sum results. Working out too much can have backwards results for a skinny person. Im slowy changing my body type to that of a mesamorph, rather than an ectomoph.
Keep training guys! Thats the best advice i can give you, your body will submit to you over time. And then u will become unstoppable LOLZ ^__^
