http://www.GlobalResortsNewsNetwork.com ...........................----------------------///////////////////////////////////..........................Leadership at Global Resorts GRN (Global Resorts Network), World Ventures (WorldVentures), and Resorts 360 (Resorts360) must ponder the outcome of the latest travel biz lawsuit in California. The home based travel business expert explains that everyone can learn from the California travel biz lawsuit. What were the problems government officials noted and how do the business models of Global Resorts GRN (Global Resorts Network), World Ventures (WorldVentures), and Resorts 360 (Resorts360) compare with the travel biz in question?

For almost 2 years, Global Resorts Network, backed by the Gold Crown Resort membership were the top dog in the home based travel business arena. However, for Global Resorts Network, the huge advantage they enjoyed was short lived.

It was only a matter of time before those who owned the Gold Crown Resort membership sold by Global Resorts Network would realize the limitations of selling a membership geared toward the larger percentage of Gold Crown Resort members living in other countries. Some new American members were disturbed when they searched the Gold Crown Resort database for last minute hot weeks. They found long lists of resorts overseas compared to the listings in the United States. Last minute hot weeks only work if the Global Resorts Network members could get there inexpensively. That means they were looking for resorts they could drive to or get cheap last minute flights to.

Global Resorts Network members realized the shortcomings of the Gold Crown Membership. They could secure a $298 a week condo stay in Malaysia with just a mouse click, but cheap last minute airfare to Malaysia from U S cities did not exist.

It is sad that there are so few Global Resorts Network members selling the Gold Crown Resort membership who actually understand the business. Even fewer affiliates are fully committed to travel even though studies point to the huge growth of the industry for years to come.

Those Gold Crown Resort members with Global Resorts Network who actually used the membership knew the problems. The few members of Global Resorts Network who used the membership know there had to be better options than Gold Crown Resort. There had to be companies with stronger ties to the resort industry in the United States, where most Global Resorts Members live.

Alfonso Morales and Chuck Tomlin did their best at the time to secure a good travel club membership company, but times have changed.

Today Global Resorts Network members want a travel club membership with more availability and more low-cost deals in the United States than what Gold Crown Resort can offer and what if they could purchase a lifetime membership for just $1998.

Some of the current difficulties suffered by affiliates with Global Resorts Network are due to their relationship with Gold Crown Resort. In 2008 (Global Resorts Network) began to face competition from a U S based and owned travel membership company. That spelled big problems for Alfonso Morales, Chuck Tomlin and the GRN affiliates the company was trying to hold on to.
