Nice job. Have you seen the new rooftop wind turbines called RoofMill? They are so much easier and faster to put in and do very well in neighborhoods.

Here in Ontario Canada I have only seen it once that ice was on the blades, and the movement of blades was slower until the ice was moved or melded. It lasted less than a day and everything was back to normal.
