@YoungShepperd I think a Foam Roller would help you out with that. The Power Systems catalog has a good selection of them. Go with the 36-inch long one, it will allow you to roll with the roller parallel to your spine and perpendicular to your spine. As far as how to use it, there should be plenty of videos online.
