@ Questions below: Many of these projections use an array of 20k projectors (super bright), matching shape of building - synched and set exactly on an animation grid, no seams. It is expensive! The 3d computer graphics work takes the most time though. The projectors are so bright, they can get a reflection off just about any surface.
