"Fix the financial markets"... good idea, but which methods do you propose.
I personally recommend, from the methods currently available to you, a "lick-boots till they shine like a mirror" policy.
What monetary policy will be left, beyond the autonomous EU central bank?
"European Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Policy"
ie. "resident ECB boot-licker"?
If you can, view my Davos question response "One World, One Community" and see what you think of the concept. Read the video description as well. Thank you.
