this is just a failed attempt to hipnotize people -*(@_@)*-

Ah, so it's a demonstration of a combination of graphics, programming, and sound cues. In other words, they drew this with coding instead of actual paint, which coding itself produces such paint.
Maybe I'm mixing things up since I'm no programmer, nor do I have experience in the making of a demo like this, but I do understand the general concept you explained.
With that in mind, I do appreciate this demo.

This is a demo...
Demo/Intro is software that generates effects and similar stuff to create art. They are fully realtime like games but they are not interactive for a pure artistic and technical purpose.
This video is captured from the real realtime version running on a really old hardware. Demos are not made by companies but by small groups and they are free. So there's no marketing just tricks, coding skills, art and fun. ;)

I don't really get this. By any chance could you explain to me what this video is?

I actually found that out shortly after I wrote that comment. How silly of me. :P
Damn good demo! How come I can't find this on Pouet?
Any chance someone could help me build an ATM? NedoPC stopped producing the PCB, and the P-CAD files for the "Yellow" board version can't be opened in any modern software. Honestly, If someone could help me get gerber or even OrCAD versions, I would be much appreciative! (I'll even tell you how to make a 3-channel Vacuum Tube sound card for it)
Hell, I'll even buy one if anyone has it laying around (*hint, hint*) ;)

Hm ... have you tried contacting Roman Chunin/CHRV from NedoPC? He might know where to get PCBs for the ATM2 ... otherwise, can't PCAD files be translated? If you plan to get any PCBs produced lemme know ... I might be interested, as this computer is 100% Scorpion compatible.

Solder them yourself :P
PCBs can be obtained via the nedopc group.

Far from a nightmare. This is a dream come true. At long last, programmers of the ZX Spectrum have gotten rid of vile color bleed once and for all!
The effects are also awesome. :)

The multicolor stuff you see there is actually a hardware feature.
IIRC the ATM-Turbo has 32kb dedicated video memory (that's twice as much as the original speccy had for RAM in total!), allowing the multicolor stuff to be on screen without hogging the CPU. Also notice how it has 64 colors instead of 16, allowing basic shading without dithering.
