The Berrien County Michigan prosecuter ruled this death natural and disgarded the toxocology results the morning after this report was broadcast in 03/2006. They covered it up to protect politcal reputations. Paul Maloney was prosecuter when this crime was first reported and he fought our rights to the truth for nearly 25 yrs. He was chief Judge of the county when we once again pursued this fight for an autopsy. The county covered it up. Hello America isn't this a crime? it amazes me to see how hard THEY worked to cover up the truth (I've written THEY because it is obvious that many helped to hide what took place)

This is like my family's situation. My sister unexpectedly died under suspicious circumstances. She was alone that night with the "boyfriend" whom she met and moved in. The man had befriended our elderly father and took control of my father's life. The man took charge of the funeral plans, threatened family to stay away from my father's home, had us physically assaulted to keep us away from the funeral, and got the body buried without an autopsy or examination. Authorities will not investigate.

Ma'am I feel your pain as I'm experiencing it myself with the untimely deaths of my parents 50 years ago. They died 3 hrs appart and tests theoretically revealed no trace of poisioning..I want to exhume their bodies as well. They died in 1959. What advice can you give to me on how you were able to accomplish this. Good luck on finding who murdered your father, I'm certain you have your ideas on who was involved. I'm glad that you and your family got closure in your fathers death. Getting closure is very important (at least it was when my mother passed)so you can heal and move on and have good memories and not worrying about bringing the bad people to justice.
