Probably because it's snows like once a year in Dallas. During like January, or February.

Yes, actually the snowbirds could have been shaped like a huge 30ft. by 10ft. Cowboy Hat, or a huge letter " D " for Dallas 30ft. by 10 ft. wide....the bottom of the circumference would have held all of the ice and snow back....plus it would have looked cool around the stadium, darn, I should have suggested this while the construction of the massive complex, I would have been a rich man and received season tickets from the owner, Jerry Jones. Why did not the contractors install huge snowbirds on that roof? Yes, those of you that do not know what a snowbird is, look on google, it will give an explaination as to what they are......

Yep, sure was the helicopter, and they are probably sitting in that chopper thinking "Man, perfect timing, if we would have been late we would have missed that..."
