I am from SP in Brasil. This was on all of the newcasts in Brasil tGlobo.com.br in archives. There are several other posts on youtube as well.The tanker pump was not working. You can clearly suu the man on top of the truck reach into his pocket and take something out then you see the spark and flame as he lit the lighter and tried to see into the truck.

This was not caused by a cell phone. I am from SP Brasil where this happened. This idiot used a cigarette lighter to look into the tank to see the gasoline level.
