I went to the association of cicada.
The lecturer is an insect cooking adviser,Mr.Uchiyama Shouichi.
Various insects were sampled in the beginning.
Dry cockroach of Chinese medicine (salt boil).
It is too salty, and there ..being possible to eat.. not massaging it.
Are a dry vespid (salt boil) and this Chinese medicines?
There is no taste.
Dry Silkworm. It is seen the fishing food, and doesn't think that it eats by me.
Dry adult Silkworm(salt boil).
Chrysalis and imagos of silkworm, are the ingredient of South Korea.
It tastes like a dry prawn. It is delicious.
Chrysalis of for food in China (boil and freezing).
The soy sauce is sprinkled. Taste that looks like crab miso.
Ant larva (freezing) in Thailand. It sells it in Tokyo.
Ant and compote of blueberry. The berry is delicious.
It goes to capture the main ingredient large cicadas.
