OK so how much did you of that yesterday?

You do realize you would have eat roughly 2 kilograms of broccoli sprouts daily to meet the Daily Nutritional intake of 9mg. This would mean if following the 90% fruit guideline that would mean you were eating 18 KILOGRAMS of fruit as well just to meet your zinc intake. Sorry I don't love apples and oranges to eat roughly 40 pounds daily.

Significant zinc(Zn) is in diet staples of blackberry/guava/passion fruit/mulberry/persimmon/pomeg ranate/tomato, etc. I grow 1-3 varieties of each. Variety & rich soil help. High Ca & Fe outcompete Zn absorption among other things. In affluent nations the common problem is too many popular, acidic elements & Ca. Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology 20: 3. (2006).
I also eat broccoli sprouts (0.42mg Zn/100g) & others on bibb salad w/oregano/parsley, etc (concentrated Zn sources).

I commented on this video 5 days ago and for no reason I wanted to come back to it and the same people are still arguing with each other, I wonder how long this will go on for because they were arguing days before I commented. Oh and people for the record a dietician and a nutritionist are two different things, so for these vegan nutritionists that are being recomended they have no more medical knowledge than a person with a computer and his/her hippie friend.

Chrisisms "game show"
Is off topic christina. The topic is diet, not shows. But of course you would go off topic just so you won't have to answer simple questions like what scientific journals say humans are frugivores?

I would really like to know on 90% fruit diet how one would consume enough zinc, B12 (line up now for next batch rabbit manure), calcium, and iron without having to resort to supplements. If scientific studies is not available, one could at least give an actual daily menu to demonstrate the richness and complete nutrition of the diet.

@bowelmove
You got the last word, although it has nothing to do with long-term ketogenic diets you prescribe to your patients in your 'quick hits'/quick fix game show 'episodes'.

Humans digest fruit best with opposing digestive processes to meat consumption. If u are acculturated to consume meat that is your socio-il-logical custom, not genetic instruction. But get the hell out of the way and go back to your glass cave of carving up fowl as health-conscious humans exchange natural diet info.

The epitome of living in a glass grass hut would be one attacking other diets and people who actually make videos when following their own faildiet with deficiencies and a complete lack of scientific evidence to its safety or efficacy. Wouldn't health conscious individuals WANT scientific studies?

As for my shows as if they were ever on topic, show me one time I referred to anyone watching as patients. Was it the same hallucination where you thought *I* went to hospital?

Dr. Fuhrman: Being a fruitarian diet is not most healthful! I have seen lots of fruitarian, raw foodists in poor health, including one who died in his forties because he refused to take an antibiotic for his severe pneumonia. T.C. Fry died of severe Vitamin B12 deficiency, with resultant hyper-homocystiene causing vascular disease. I saw his hospital records before he died. He taught people they did not need to take B12. There are no guarantees, in life, but fruitarianism is not the answer.
