A really cool edit of Shiki Nanaya. Brumaire is fast, teleporting everywhere you see. He also harbors a special where he can control time at the cost of half his hp, slowing everyone down but him, and increasing his attack. Now, about his attack power, it's rather low, but makes up for it in combos and speed.
