This has really helped out my exercise routine. Thanks!

Thank you for this video! No longer do I get sore after running like I used to. Thanks a lot!

@StretchingInstitute Thank you for your speedy response.

This is very helpful because it quickly goes through the stretches so you can remember them. Also I agree I like that they don't talk. These are not hard to figure out.

Thank you for this video! I like the fact that your models don't talk - much more peaceful! :)

Sometimes my legs have muscular pain after I run a lot, but now I know how to stretch before running or jogging, so I'll be fine. Thank you so much, it was really helpful and easy to follow.

Yes, you can use them for basketball. We also have another routine specifically for basketball. YouTube won't allow me to put the link to it here, but if you go to our channel page by clicking on the "StretchingInstitute" link above and scrolling through our videos you'll find it there. It's called...

if your goin to sprint, i learned you must not stretch your muscles for 10 seconds. is that true??
creativejimi 1 year ago
The theory is that you shouldn't do static stretching immediately before power based activities like sprinting and jumping. Static stretching is where you get into the stretching position and then hold that position, without moving, for 20, 30 or more seconds. On the other hand, dynamic stretching is more appropriate for warming up and preparing for sprinting, etc. There's more information on warming up and stretching at The Stretching Institute website; just do a search for warm up.

Sorry, but I'm not sure where the music came from. It was royalty free music that the producer chose for the DVD.
