Bass on the record is by a guy named Ronald Campbell. Otherwise, The Fuzz was a smoking hot, fine, fine trio of women from Washington, D.C. Self contained unit, wrote their own material. Everything is exquisite. Calla was based in New York and owned by Nate McCalla. This is the flip of their big hit "I Love You For All Seasons." The violin arrangement is wonderful. And you can karaoke to this and have fun, and maybe get a stroke trying to imitate Sheila Young's beautiful voice. They were originally called the Passionettes. Don't worry, there's more from The Fuzz coming.

  • Man! I'm so glad someone uploaded the instrumental side. I had this 45 RPM back in 1970. Sweet childhood memory!

  • This is classic! Thank you!

never let your pleasure depend on the permission of another

  • @KojiRecords yeah right.

  • This instrumental version of "I Love You For All Seasons" was only released on the B-side of the 1971 Calla/Roulette Records single and not included on the the group's self-titled debut album. When I finally met Sheila Young at The Fuzz's reunion performance at an LA oldies show years ago, I asked Sheila if I could have a word with her, not even telling her my name; Sheila followed me into an adjoining room behind the stage; I got on my knees and sang "All About Love" to her; I loved that song.

  • @CWroyal88 Good ear!!! I listened to what the fuck this morning and checked the production credit. It caught my ear becauuse this was also sampled by Real Live. It's the intro on The Turnaround album.

  • where are the lyrics? this is a beautiful balad, sung beautifuly, The other please! Thank you.

  • Had this in the background the first time I recorded a message on my phone- had to get rid of it because all the "souless" people complained
