  • how much do the wheels need to be torqued too when you are finished.

    A general number would be about 90-ftlbs. However, the Bentley manuals have the figures for each BMW or MINI model. We have the manuals at bavauto DOT com.

  • what rotors are those? they look very nice.

    by the way these videos are great!

  • @MrRJLarkin The preservative is an oil put over the brake disc to stop it rusting when the part is stored. If you did not remove it and put is on the car, there would be oil between the disc and the pads. You would then find that your brakes would not be very good when driving.

  • Why would you want to remove the preservative?
