Event Mushroom Kingdom Castle & Mallow, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
---
Here we see Mario waltz into the Mushroom Kingdom Castle and discuss the princesses absence. Mario "explains" what happened thoroughly, and is sent out to find Peach. A map would sure help since Mario's head is probably bleeding from that impact.
Mario departs the royal estate after raiding the treasury. He witnesses a chase between a croc and a ...Frog? Mario intervenes to find out what's going on and then sets out with his new comrade Mallow Blaster!
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, often shortened and officially known in Japan as Super Mario RPG (スーパーマリオRPG, Sūpā Mario Ārupījī?) , is a hybrid adventure/console role-playing game developed and published by Square (now Square Enix) and Nintendo. Nintendo first released the game on March 9, 1996 in Japan and on May 13, 1996 in North America. The game was released around twelve years later in Europe on Wii's Virtual Console on August 22, 2008, making it the biggest time difference between different regions in Nintendo's history. It came out on the North American Virtual Console on September 1, 2008.
Super Mario RPG is the final Mario game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System video game console, as well as being one of the last games Square produced for Nintendo hardware until Chocobo Land: A Game of Dice in 2002. Square mainly developed the game, with direct guidance from producer Shigeru Miyamoto.
Gameplay
In Super Mario RPG, Mario, Bowser, Princess Toadstool, Mallow and Geno fight as allies in the first console role-playing game (RPG) in the Mario series. It contains token similarities to many other Square role-playing games such as Chrono Trigger and the Final Fantasy series with a story and action-based gameplay based on the Super Mario Bros. series.
Mario's enemies are visible in the field; a battle ensues only if he comes in contact with one. This allows the player to evade unnecessary battles, though some fights are necessary to advance the plot. Avoiding battles also means acquiring fewer experience points, causing characters to take greater, and inflict less, damage from attacks, making battles more difficult.

Where can you buy this game it look so awesome

It's a Super Nintendo game, if you had a Wii, download it onto your virtual console. It's 8 bucks but I believe this game is worth it. finding a super nintendo copy would prove difficult, eBay would be a likely place to locate it. Game Crazy if they still barter SNES games, ask them about locating a copy for you from surrounding areas. A small fee is added IF and WHEN they locate you a copy.
You asked where to "Buy" and I have given my best answer for "Buying."

Is it possible to reach the frog coin without that event

Nope, it's a one-time chance hidden treasure chest. Since frog coins are attainable by certain means, starting over isn't neccessary.
