  • hes good barista,lol. a milk based espresso is the rite wording,cos espresso is 60mls of coffe extraction,if double shot, or 30 mls of espresso for single shot. the temp of milk should be no less than 60 dg no more than 70 dg, some people can still touch the jug some cant lollz. the milk textur is the main thing that makes a great coffee, and hes rite the way he does it! wen the milk is burned,it would have a "egg" smell.
