Notice how he can smile while he talks about how he remembers talking with his friends about the new expansion pack. He can smile. He doesn't scowl the whole time, saying that every moment was absolutely wasted. He had fun. That's something that no person screaming about how gaming addiction can even imagine. Thank you, James. My gosh, thank you Extra Credits. It's rare we see a show that's still so down to earth that it can do something like this.

I never played everquest, so is it strange that I wanted to hear the "expansion pack" part of the story again? Not because I couldn't understand it, but because... I enjoyed hearing about it?

I guess there is a phase where you start caring about what kinds games are only time-wasters and what dont try to do that. I was one of the lucky to find out during my childhood.
