Showing and shooting a gorgeous 4" Colt Python. It doesn't get much better than this! The Colt Python revolver is considered by many to be about the most attractive firearm ever made.

  • DOn't wanna be a jackass, but the lead from all the bullets must be polluting the ground quite hard after a while. Or do you collect them and sell the lead again?

  • @ExtremeDeathman, I use the same method all the hundreds of Civil War battles sites use when it comes to lead issues.

  • FWIW not all Pythons are .357. They also made a .38 special only model.

  • I rarely shoot hot magnums from mine (usually just when hunting), usually target shoot with middle loads in .357 or just wuss.38 specials.

Have thousands of shots through mine, no timing issues.

  • I oil my Colt Python up as I watch the show.

    6" blued 1969 model.

  • You can see the rounds travel to the target at 9:56. Never gets old.

  • @hickok45 what method is that??

  • this truely is the Rolls-Royce of wheel guns. and the price of the last one i was reflects that. over 2500 USD for the 6 inch version. its a very beautiful hand gun and i would love to own one but with price tag like that i dont see it being added to my collection anytime soon.

  • Why Colt dont make the Pyhton and Anaconda anymore, it would be a very good seller!

  • Is there any truth to the rumors of these guns going out of timing easily?
