  • ...surprisingly strong, I think the relatively poor surface finish is saving the day.  But I intend to come up with some super fancy dovetails to mechanically join them together.

  • Its done with the standard Java host software and a small script to take account of the offsets between the extruders.

    Re the nonstick - Thats kind of the plan. I've had a go making solid parts out of silicone, but find it takes too long too set/too thin, so tends to deform as it is built (the parts are ok, but could be better).   • Cool! This is with the default Java host software? Or something else?

    BTW: I thought that silicone and PLA/ABS didn't really stick together very well? I used it as a non-stick surface for one of my extruders...
