  • @BlackWolf4830 "judicial activism" is a conservatives way of saying that there are judges in tune with our social changes and the last thing a conservative wants is for society to change or even have any one acknowledged that is has changed. They prefer their little bubble where only white males over 21 who own property are the only ones with rights in this country. Just like the Founding Fathers said so at the beginning of our country. Things can't change. That only confuses a conservative.

  • and yet the christian bigots are not biased?what a load of crap.they use a book of fairytales that has been disproven time and time again by science to justify oppresing gays, women and anyone else who doesnt share their antiquated point of view.If they dont like the ruling, get the hell out of america and go form your own country based on myths, lies and delusional thinking

  • Hi Ho Theocracy! Away!

One thing that pisses me off almost as much as the Right's hateful antics, is the Left's passiveness. Why the hell won't the government step up??

  • God damn sore losers.

"Judicial activism" is almost synonymous with "Anything that does not advance conservative agenda". They wouldn't be shrieking "Judicial activism" is a Christian judge refused to resign from a case of "Board of Education vs Anti-Christian T-Shirt Gestapo Men".

Go ahead and impeach Judge Walker, a libertarian, you silly republicans. I'd like to see y'all defend the constitution with as much backbone as a libertarian.

  • SICK BASTARDS

  • @priorzola Quite so--the GOP may talk a good game, but their true loyalty lies with the ultra-rich and big business. Amid all the suffering by the unemployed, the GOP is focused on renewing the Bush tax cuts for the richest two percent of Americans, at a loss of $ 700 billion over the next decade--money desperately needed to address the needs of the less fortunate. They've done nothing but try to block any progress since Obama got in. And it looks like they're going to be REWARDED for it.

  • @ArmaniExchangeFan, but the one thing these righties forget about those dark days of the first 6 years of Bush when the GOP had total control is that, as far as delivering results for the Religious Right that that GOP spent the better part of 4 decades pandering to, they got BUPKIS, NADA, NOTHING. The GOP & the corporatists who control their real agenda have ZERO interest in addressing the social concerns of their base. They simply know that through well-placed rhetoric, they can drum up votes.

  • BTW, the reason these fake Christians need state-sanctioned bigotry is because they desperately want to go to heaven but they're not certain they'll get in. The only way that fake Christians can believe that they're more likely to go to heaven is to BELIEVE that others will not (including gays). This is why they live their life in perpetual judgment of others because they're uncertain of what the judgment will be upon them. Fake Christians need to kick around gays to overlook their own sins.

  • Well, it's clear that the real conservatives in the GOP (you know, the ones who believe in a REAL limited government) has stopped spewing hate against gays. It's top brass now knows it's better to move on to scapegoating Mexicans for all the things wrong with our economy. Hating gays was so 2008. Hating Mexicans is their new rhetorical pile on that the GOP is using to pander to their racist and hate-filled base these days.
