Hey guys sorry I haven't posted in so long. I just have no inspiration for this story anymore. I think Im just going to stop writing it.? So please don't unsub because I wont be posting anymore of this story anymore. BUT, if I have inspiration for this series once again, then I may continue it. So Enjoy

Angela's POV:
I sat up in my bed sweating, and breathing heavily. What the hell? I grabbed my phone on the night stand and saw the time. 6:00 AM. But also noticed the date. May 3rd 2009.

My thirteenth birthday.

Was that all a dream? Did that horrible life i dreamt of, is it not real? I also found it strange that is was exactly 6 in the morning. The same time Joe woke me up in my dream. The time I became his slave.

Just then I heard a knock on the door. Joe walked in smiling sweetly at me. "You ok Angela? I heard you screaming" He said while sitting down at the edge of my bed. He was holding a chocolate cupcake with pink frosting and green sprinkles. It had 3 candles on it, that were lit.

I was so confused. I ran my fingers through my hair.

"Happy birthday sweetie Joe said as he handed me the cupcake. I smiled. "I know you are thirteen but I don't think 10 candles would fit on this" he laughed. I giggles too. this was a tradition of ours. He always woke me up the day of my birthday to 'surprise' me with a cupcake. I blew out my candles without making I wish.

I split the cupcake in half and handed a piece to him. I set my cupcake down on the nightstand and hugged him tightly. I was so glad that my dream was just a dream.

"I love you dad" I whispered. I heard him sniffle. I looked up to see him letting a few tears fall. I slowly wiped them away with my thumbs. He kissed my forehead and smiled, along with me. "I love you to sweetie" he said as we sat there hugging each other.

That was the first time I had called Joe dad.
