This stupid idea that Nikolai "dance like a girl" is not true.
He dances with his personality and a great teatrical presence.
If you think he is feminine you must think that the "divine" Maya Plisetskaja was a man on stage.

Niko is a feather... he doesn't fit a role like Solor... Not many can capture such a role, look at the old russians like soloviev, vladimirov and v. vasiliev... they new how to perform such roles.... in my opinion the best solors are vladimirov, soloviev, kumakawa, ivan vasiliev, schaufuss and sarafanov...

He dances even more like a girl in la bayadere! Maybe you should watch Fernando Bujones (RIP), Carlos Acosta, or even Ivan Vasiliev to see a real man dance!
