The UN has held emergency talks on the Somalian famine as aid struggles to get through to the millions of people starving to death.
ITV News is starting start a week of special reports looking at the desperate struggle to treat the sick.
At the sprawling Dadaab camp in Kenya there are just three hospitals to treat 400,000 refugees.
One of them is Hagadera Hospital run by humanitarian agency the International Rescue Committee.
It is responsible for 100,000 refugees but has just 120 beds.
Doctors have to deal with 70 patients a day.
Many of them are children suffering from acute malnutrition.
