  • I typically leave mine on 80% (or 70% on the HM700) and use the cinema gamma curve because I'm usually shooting for a low-con "digital negative." However this low-contrast look is undesirable for television broadcasts where there is no time for colour correction in post.

  • So why use knee other then 80%? Sounds like it should be defaulted to 80 permanently.
