This is an interesting and beautiful comment which gives me a new understanding of this piece.

It's very nice to hear the canon "behind" the other voices, like a beautiful transcendental thought hidden under human words, which could sound "simplicistic" at first, but aren't meaningless.
Bach's music lives fully through Koopman interpretation.
