  • You used to be standing up in your videos. That used to give a positive energy to me personally. It was a sign of charisma. I think as you are being more and more comfortable or "casual" (the most extreme example was the video taken in the car) the way the content is articulated is also being affected. Positive or negative... it's not up to me to say. Just wanted to make you conscious about it.

  • Damn you.... Okay, no more sit-down videos...

  • @MetaMorphy there is this thing called prozac. try it out sometime.

  • Define military weapons, you idiot. Pistols are military weapons---don't use ambiguous terms and expect me not to call you out on it.

  • What a cute little game you played there. Assume Binswanger said something more mild than he did and then put words in my mouth. Fuck you, you dishonest piece of shit.

Dualism is dualism. He believes that there are little consciousness particles that inhabit human beings. An arbitrary claim according to the precepts of objectivism that must be dismissed out of hand.

  • I can't find any quote by Binswanger on gun control, but I wouldn't be surprised if it equates to: "The Government must maintain a monopoly on force - therefore, people shouldn't own weapons powerful enough to topple the Government". If banning citizens from owning military weapons is your idea of "gun control", then ok.

And his "belief in mind-body dualism" isn't quite so simple as your run of the mill dualism.

  • Binswanger is not a real objectivist. He believes in gun control and mind-body dualism.

  • Whoa!...whoa, wait. Not so quick on the condemnation, a little vARiety in the leARning\understanding atmosphere never hurt the process. I think where he's going with this is the peripatetic theme.

...and a nice plant in the background wouldn't hurt either, wARm the scene up...you know...home-y.
