I've just bought it off amazon (was cheap too!) since I liked a lot some other bbc series (Pride & Prejudice above all) - I though I'd stay glued to the screen but... after first 45 minutes I started yawning... why does it have to be so monotonous?
I do hope I'll be able to finish watching it without falling asleep. Will I, what do you think...?

Its an excellent series, saw it about a year back and loved it, do recommend watching it. Cant find it on DVD at present though.

True, very true, shes much better suited for period dramas than modern.
She was also excellent in Mayor of Casterbridge.
