This is how vacuum bagging works, otherwise known as resin infusion. The table was set for a crown and then prepped with mold release. A primer was applied to the table, then fiberglass was laid out. The foam core was laid out. After this the glass us wrapped up onto the bottom of the hard top and fiberglass laid up under the hard top. What you are looking at in this video is the underside of the hard top.
