49 more lbs til i reach my goal weight! this is exciting. however, this eating thing is making my stomach feel and look flabbier. i don't like it. it was much more solid and firm while i was fasting but of course there wasn't anything inside of it. i had a subway sandwich for lunch like 3 times this past week, snacked on cherries and sunflower seeds, cooked my chicken n' veggie meal 3 or 4 times. i also increased my water intake which is what i think really made the difference. thanks for your continued support and encouragement.

  • @jas4xj omg i do that workout! its amazing i lost exactly what she said u cud lose 20 pounds! i recommend it to everyone. P90X is too intense for starters! Jillian Takes it a lil slower and makes u work up to it.

  • Go girl. Keep at it. One thing I have found to be good is that Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Surprisingly enough, it is a good workout.
