Greenpeace Video on Renewable Energy -- plays like a motivational montage of various images, displaying the disasterous effects of climate change and the positive adaptive/mitigational effects of renewables.
To say the sun does not operate on energy from an outside source, is equivalent to saying the air moves itself to create wind. If you cannot replicate how you say something is operating. Then you cannot prove that's how it operates.
Radioactive materials do not decrease in mass over time. So the scientists are claiming you can get something from nothing. Only insane people believe it's possible to get something from nothing.
Hey there! Have you tried the intellitus cash system (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend made tons of money with it.
@TheSaltyAdmiral The sun doesn't run of renewable energy, it fuses hydrogen into helium. The earth's heat (geothermal) is generated by radioactive decay which is not renewable. Thorium is inexhaustible for any practical purpose. Thorium can solve man's energy problems for the next 100,000 years, I think that would be good enough.
Solar, Wind and Bio are NOT green, they require huge amounts of materials and land. They are expensive and unreliable. Expensive wind, solar energy will put it out of the reach of MORE people.
One ton of thorium can replace 2,500,000 tons of coal and 7,000,000 tons of coal. Google energy from thorium.
Renewable energy is the way of the future, and has huge business potential. We are creating leaders in the field of green energy every day. If you have the spirit and mindset to get out in the world and educate people about renewable energy, you have unlimited potential in this field.
I am optimistic that one day solar, wind tidal will become advanced and affordable to replace Oil, coal.
people say natural gas and nuclear are better alternatives then oil and coal, I agree, but they still are far from green. the explosion in Japan brought my attention, and natural gas still isnt clean enough, although still better then oil, coal.
renewables will one day be cheep enough to the point at which they will be for everybody.
as technology advances on average their prices drop.
back in 2002 a big flat plasma screen tv costed maybe 1.6-2k USD. now i went i can buy a bigger TV for much less then 1.5k. lets look at the price of cars from when they were invented to now. today we see many people driving them, nothing unusual, lots of cars in here, in china, and elsewhere. but once before they were only for the rich.
The only reason first world country's have a high standard of living is cheap, reliable market free energy. A revolution is taking place in China as they are becoming a free market society. They are able to bring wealth to their people by providing cost effective, efficient and clean coal plants and building refineries. Before that they looked like the people in the Greenpeace photos of this video. Greenpeace, lol. Renewables are for rich people, installed cost +$2000/kw and not reliable.
