Fast? My dads Aero saab took on one and the punto was going for it and my dad had to keep lifting off it was so fucking slow.

@markST24 mate me mates got a punto mk1 1.1 and hes had 115mph and my old corsa 1.4 got 125 ull be surprised maybe u need to take ya engine apart and de gunk it

ive just bought a sporting in blue its done 34,000 miles and theres nothing wrong with it what so ever. for £750!!!!

i cant wait to pass my test and whack that mother fucker!!!!

mk1 punto sportings 1.2 16v are fast! a friend ad 1 its unbeleiveable how fast they get to 120mph. they are quick specially for a 1.2

pipe) door kept fucking up n not lockin and power steering kept failin n back ball joints are not strong but again it is A  Fix It Again Tommorow!! even the bloody godamma windy wipers kept jammin after gettin replace so many time the electric moters arnt waterproof n also the sump pan rust so quick it cracked n leakd oil all over the place n drank the water quicker than petrol nightmare nightmare !!! now own a corsa so reliable n stress free dnt care if it aint quick as the punto sporting!!

i must admit i miss this car but would never buy another one because all it did was cost me money n problems after problem. it died on me at 94 k after spending thousands on gettin the head gasket done new keys (kept breaking)
